Some exciting new additions to the OneTouch Team
In a move that marks a significant stride in our journey towards transforming the world of care through technology, we are delighted to welcome three new members to our sales and business development team. Steve Ellerington, Kane Caswell, and Rachel Jarvis have all joined us recently and are already making waves in the industry. Each one brings a unique set of skills and experiences, which will all contribute towards our mission of improving the lives of everyone receiving care through our technology and support.

Steve Ellerington – Sales Manager, proud pug owner and craft beer enthusiast!
Joining as the Domiciliary and Local Government Sales Manager, Steve is set to forge new paths for OneTouch in these vital sectors. Steve has over 25 years of B2B sales experience providing SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure & BPO related sales within both public and private sectors and has worked within Social Care since 2018. With his deep understanding and experience of domiciliary care and local government systems, Steve is perfectly positioned to build strong relationships, ensuring that OneTouch Health’s innovative system continues to be an integral part of care management in these crucial areas.
Kane Caswell – Account Manager, die-hard rugby fan and keen gamer!
As the Senior Enterprise Accounts Manager, Kane comes to OneTouch Health with a rich background in managing large-scale healthcare accounts. Kane has worked for some blue-chip tech companies including PayPal, Microsoft, Konami and Nintendo and his expertise will be central to enhancing our relationships with major healthcare entities, ensuring that their complex needs find solutions in our versatile and user-friendly care management system.
Rachel Jarvis – Market Developer, avid skier, and Fulham FC season-ticket holder.
Rachel steps into the role of Market Development Manager with a vision to chart new territories in the health and social care market. Her role is pivotal in identifying and developing new opportunities, helping position OneTouch as a leader in health and social care technology innovations. Rachel has worked with Social Care providers and in the sector for over 10 years. Throughout her career Rachel has consistently and successfully built strong and enduring relationships with her customers to help them grow and improve their business and achieve their strategic objectives so she should fit right in with the rest of the OneTouch Team!
