Developer Data Analytics

We are seeking a talented Data Analytics Developer to join our data team. This role will be pivotal in designing, building, and optimising analytics solutions that convert raw data into meaningful insights. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and client success teams to support business intelligence initiatives and enhance our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes and data pipelines using modern tools and cloud technologies. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical data solutions. 
  • Develop dashboards, visualisations, and reports using tools such as Power BI or similar platforms. 
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large datasets. 
  • Optimise database performance and ensure data quality, integrity, and governance. 
  • Support data migration and integration from external systems as needed. 
  • Automate recurring reporting processes to improve team efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to implement analytics features into our platform. 
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to our data stack and analytics strategy. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server). 
  • Experience in ETL development and data warehousing solutions. 
  • Strong skills in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). 
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and scripting. 
  • Familiarity with cloud data services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus. 
  • Experience with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources.

  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organisational skills. 

Desirable Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • Experience in the healthcare, home care, or health tech sector is a strong advantage. 
  • Knowledge of data compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
