Account Manager
Overview:
One Touch Health, a leader in healthcare systems, is seeking an experienced Sales or Care professional to join our expanding team. While experience in the Social Care industry is beneficial, it is not essential. A proven history of selling software to Social Care providers is also advantageous but not required. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities through consultative selling, leveraging a variety of tools to maximise conversions. Your primary goal will be to demonstrate our software solutions to care companies, highlighting your persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads – specifically relating to previous network in industry.
- Quickly identify business challenges that our prospective customers face and using consultative sales methodology providing solutions for their business.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand our customers business needs, pain points, and potential fit with our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication, active listening, and consultative selling techniques.
- Identify customer requirements by asking probing questions and actively listening to their responses to determine how our offerings can add value.
- Present our products/services in a compelling and informative manner, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits to the prospect’s business.
- Accurately build, manage, and maintain sales pipeline on CRM platform.
- Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C -level.
- Work closely with other customer facing teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly quotas and goals.

- Represent the company at national/international trade events or customer meetings when appropriate
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets and quotas.
- A driven, “hunter” mentality with a strong appetite for securing new business.
- Previous relevant experience in selling software to Social Care an advantage.
- Previous experience in the Social Care industry is a plus
- Comfortable engaging in technical and detail-oriented discussions.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a history of high performance.
- Enthusiastic and passionate, particularly about software sales.
