Great technology helps people to do things better by giving them more time to focus on the social and creative aspects of what they’re doing. When carers don’t have to spend time worrying about schedule changes, rostering, time sheets and updates, they are free to do what they do best - care for people. In creating the One Touch platform we set out to automate and streamline anything that wasn’t directly about caring - administration, time sheets, billing, payroll and alerts.
Our goal is to facilitate the best possible home care experience. This depends on two things; Firstly, the patient receives the right care, consistently and promptly. Secondly, everybody involved is kept informed at all times. That's why we place the carer at the heart of everything.
